高校化学创新人才培养模式探索

摘    要:根据创新教育思想,提出了一种高校化学创新人才培养模式,通过制定新的教学计划,树立培养创新人才的理念,创建一流师资队伍,改革课程体系,更新教学内容,改进教学方法,运用多种教学手段,提高教学效率,革新管理机制,鼓励创新研究,培养适应社会发展需要的高素质、创新型化学人才。

Abstract:Based on the educational thought of innovation, this paper attempts to put forward a training mode for the innovative chemistry intellectuals in the higher learning institutions. We should make out a new teaching plans and have a concept of innovative intellectuals. We should also build first-class teaching team, reform the course system and improve the teaching methodology. Furthermore, we should apply various teaching devices, improve teaching efficiency, and encourage innovation research so as to train highly qualified and innovative chemistry intellectuals needed for the development of the society.
