| 摘 要： | 外贸政策性金融体系建设是我国加入WTO后建立适应WTO要求的外贸政策体系建设的关键部分。本文在说明国际相关通行规则的基础上,阐述了我国建设外贸政策性金融体系的重要性、必要性和紧迫性,并针对我国的实情,提出了切合我国实际的建设外贸政策性金融体系的对策。

| Abstract: | Financial system establishment of foreign trade policy is the key part of foreign trade policy system establishment which China establishes to be suitable for requirement of WTO after China's entrance to WTO.On the foundation of illustrating internationally relative common rules,this paper sets forth the significance,necessity and emergence of establishing policy financial system of foreign trade.Aiming to our country's fact,the author puts forward some rational proposals to establish financial system of foreign trade policy. |
