| 摘 要： | 随着世界经济一体化的发展,网络型企业不断兴起,但是以共同发展为目标的网络型企业内部合作却充满了＂困境＂。网络型企业合作具有自组织性、独立性以及动态性的基本特征,激励机制、企业声誉以及信任是促进网络型企业合作的主要机制,通过统一协调合作管理、完善企业声誉评价体系以及加强政府引导等措施可以促进网络型企业合作。
