| 摘 要： | 海峡两岸民商事法律冲突是中国区际法律冲突的一个方面,它不同于中国大陆与香港、澳门之间的冲突。在目前情况下,根据“一国两制”的基本原则,从区际冲突法的现实和发展趋势着眼,两岸民商事法律冲突有解决的可能性。
