| 摘 要： | 公民社会与政治国家之间的和谐是和谐社会的结构性特征。和谐社会建设应当是在公共精神的引导下,做到公民权利与政府权力制衡与互动,形成和谐关系;同时,政治国家依法运用其公共权力,对公民社会内部所存在的压迫性进行干预,使公民社会内部人与人、人与社会和谐共处。

| Abstract: | Harmony between civil society and political state is structural characteristic of harmonious society.Guided by the public spirits,construction of harmonious society shall achieve checks and balances and interactions between civil society and political state,and take the form of the harmonious relationship;meanwhile,political state interferes in the internal oppressiveness of the civil society by applying its public power,achieves the harmonious relationship between the man and the society. |
