| 摘 要： | 从理论与实证两个角度探析“以勤代补”资助模式的内涵和意义，提出了建立基于家庭经济困难学生能力开发的资助模式的设想，重点论述了“以勤代补”资助模式的资金来源、报酬标准和政策建议，对构建基于受助学生能力提升和权利与义务相结合的新资助模式具有一定的实践意义。
