| 摘 要： | 国外高校在推进职业指导人员专业化建设方面作出了诸多有益的探索，也取得了丰富的经验。借鉴其理念与实践，我国应尽快出台专业标准，强化岗位培训，创造发展空间，开展理论研究，以加快高校职业指导队伍专业化建设的进程。

| Abstract: | The development of specialization of career adviser has been done in universities abroad and some problems have emerged. Much work need to be done to improve the process of the specialization of career adviser in China, such as specify professionalization standard, strengthen vocation training, perfect development mechanism and develop theoretical research. |
