摘    要:本文研究了Er3+/Yb3+共掺锆钛酸铅镧(PLZT)电光陶瓷在不同波长泵浦下的1550nm荧光特性.通过求解速率方程,分析了荧光强度随泵浦强度和Er3+掺杂浓度的变化关系,为稀土掺杂PLZT电光陶瓷在激光放大器件、多功能器件等方面的研究提供了有益的理论依据.

Abstract:The characteristics of 1550nm fluorescence in Er3+/Yb3+-codoped PLZT ceramic excited at different wavelength were studied. Under different pumping intensity and different Er3 + doping concentration,the fluorescence characteristics were analyzed based on the rate equation. The theoretical results have particularly great importance for the applications of optical amplification devices and monolithic multifunction compact devices.
