| 摘 要： | 新技术的快速发展和普及应用极大地推动了新一轮创业热潮,带来了新技术企业的快速增长.但是,只有很少的新技术能够通过新企业创建的方式来进行商业化.即并不是所有的新技术都构成创业机会.一项新技术能否成为创业机会取决于技术属性、产业技术环境以及二者之间的良好匹配.在现有文献的基础上,对技术属性和产业技术环境进行分类,探讨不同的维度对新技术企业创业机会来源的影响.并基于二者的匹配提出新技术企业创业机会的类型.
