| 摘 要： | 处于知识经济时代,知识管理的理念和应用模式目前已经在许多企业中得以运用和实施.而作为知识创造和传授集中地的高校,目前对知识管理却缺乏足够的重视.本文通过对知识管理概念的介绍,提出了教育信息化中高校教学进行知识管理的作用和主要内容,并借鉴企业中知识管理体系的运用,分析了在高校教学中知识管理模型和基于web架构的知识管理模式.同时,表达了教学中的思考和启迪.

| Abstract: | In an era of knowledge economy,the concept of knowledge management has widely applied in enterprises.But knowledge management is much ignored in higher learner,where knowledg is created and spread.By introducing the concept of knowledge management,this thesis offers a survey of the function and contents of knowledge management in higher learning and by the operation of knowledgement in enterprises,the author analyses the teching model of knowledge management based upon the web system and the model of higher learning.At the same time,he expresses his ideas about teching. |
