| 摘 要： | 文章结合中药传统技能大赛,总结了我校进行的相关改革,通过设置科研助理、中药讲解志愿者,提升学生专业知识和科学素养;按照企业生产实际情况,结合中药传统技能大赛要求,升级改造了学生实训实验室;聘请行业专家到学校指导技能大赛,寒暑假派遣教师到企业行业实践,课余派遣学生到企业实习,以上改革方式真正做到了工学结合,实现了学校与行业、课程与岗位的无缝对接。

| Abstract: | Combined with the traditional skills contest of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper summarizes the related reforms carried out in our school,through setting up scientific research assistants,volunteers explaining traditional Chinese medicine,to improve students'professional knowledge and scientific literacy,according to the actual situation of enterprise production,combined with the requirements of traditional Chinese medicine traditional skills competition,upgrade and transform the students'training laboratory.Hire industry experts to school guidance skills competition,send teachers to enterprise practice in winter and summer vacation,send students to enterprise practice after class,the above reform methods have really achieved the combination of work and study,and realized the seamless connection between school and industry,curriculum and post. |
