| Abstract: | "Emerging Engineering Education"has been proposed as a significant strategic move in the reform of higher engineering education of China,which makes great demands on teachers'professional quality.At present,young teachers have became the main force in the higher engineering education.Based on the problems existing in the engineering practical teaching of young college teachers,the strategies to improve their engineering quality are discussed. |
