| 摘 要： | 地方本科院校创新创业人才培养在一定范围内还存在诸如重理论轻实践、人才培养模式过于同质化和单一化、具有创新创业实践与经验的导师数量不足等问题。为满足经济发展及国家战略转型对创新性人才的需求,文章以“天工开物”实验室为例,尝试构建基于竞赛驱动的地方本科院校创新创业人才培养模式,该模式包括“教学综合体—实践综合体(创新实验室或社团)—竞赛综合体”。三位一体,相辅相成,良性互动,共同支撑创新创业人才培养,为地方院校创新创业人才培养提供有益借鉴。

| Abstract: | There are still some problems in the mode of cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local undergraduate universities,such as the emphasis on theory over practice,the homogeneous and simplistic mode of talent cultivation,and the shortage of mentors with innovative and entrepreneurial practice and experience.In order to meet the demand of innovative talents for economic development and national strategic transformation,this paper takes"Tiangong Kaiwu"laboratory as an example to attempt to propose a competition-driven mode of cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local universities,which includes"teaching complex,practice complex(innovation laboratory or community),competition complex".The three complexes trinity,complementary and coordinate with each other,and jointly support the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.By proposing the mode,some useful information for cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local undergraduate colleges is provided in this paper. |
