摘    要:文章通过分析全日制专业学位研究生的发展现状及存在问题,提出面向用户的控制工程专业学位研究生创新实践培养模式,从培养方案设置、课程体系构建、实践与创新创业能力培养和培养过程管理四个方面进行阐述。通过校企联合培养,以工程实际问题为牵引,将理论知识与实践创新有机结合,提高专业学位研究生的实践创新能力,满足用户方对具有一定创新实践能力的应用型、复合型高层次工程技术和工程管理人才的需求。

Abstract:By analyzing the development status and existing problems of full-time professional degree postgraduates,a user-oriented innovation practice cultivation mechanism of professional postgraduates for control engineering is proposed.This paper has carried on the elaboration from four aspects as follows:design of cultivation plan,construction of curriculum system,practicing and innovation entrepreneurship ability cultivation and management on the fostering process.The practice and innovation ability of postgraduates would be improved by the mode of school-enterprise joint cultivation,practical engineering problems oriented teaching and combination theoretical knowledge with practical innovation,which meets the requirements of users for high level,compound and practical engineering technology and management talents with certain innovative and practical ability.
