| 摘 要： | 摘要：北京携手张家口举办2022年冬奥会，是我国重要历史节点的重大标志性活动。冬季奥运会是举世瞩目的盛会，成功举办冬奥会需要庞大复杂各系统的协调和统一，而物流系统则是其中重要的一环，为了成功举办2022年北京冬奥会，必须对奥运物流管理做全面、详细和系统的规划。通过文献资料法和专家访谈法，从建立2022年冬奥会物流规划管理的必要性入手，借鉴国内外奥运物流成功经验，根椐冬奥会体育赛事大型项目物流的集中、复杂、阶段、短期的特点，坚持冬奥筹办四大理念、从廉洁奥运、高效服务出发，对北京冬奥物流规划管理内涵进行了界定，对北京冬奥会的智慧物流平台、外包物流服务、安全应急、绿色回收、冬奥不同阶段组织管理模式进行了分析，最后提出冬奥会物流规划管理创新策略。创新策略的研究为京张冬奥物流的顺利进行奠定了基础，有助于高效、智慧、安全、生态的北京冬奥会赛事顺利进行。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Beijing and Zhangjiakou hosting the 2022 Winter Olympic Games is an important symbolic activity of our important historical nodes. Winter Olympics is a world-famous event. Successful hosting it requires coordination and unification of huge and complex systems. Logistics system is an important part of it. In order to successfully host the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, it is necessary to make a comprehensive, detailed and systematic planning of the Olympic logistics management. By means of literature review and expert interview, this paper starts with the necessity of establishing logistics planning and management for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, and draws on the successful experience of Olympic logistics at home and abroad. Based on the characteristics of centralized, complex, stage and short-term logistics of large-scale sports events of the Winter Olympic Games, adhering to the four principles of Olympic Winter Games, starting from clean Olympics and efficient service, this paper defines the connotation of logistics planning and management of Beijing Winter Olympics, analyzes the intelligent logistics platform, outsourcing logistics services, safety emergency, green recycling, and organization and management mode of different stages of the Winter Olympics, and finally puts forward innovative strategies for logistics planning and management of the Winter Olympics. The paper lays a foundation for the smooth development of logistics in Beijing-Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics and is conducive to the smooth progress of the Beijing Winter Olympics with high efficiency, intelligence, safety and ecology. |
