| 摘 要： | 市场经济是信用经济。我国目前信用缺失严重，需要增强全社会的信用意识，从而形成以道德为支撑、产权为基础、法律为保障的社会信用制度。本文针对我国信用缺失的问题进行了分析，进而提出了建立和完善市场经济信用法律制度的措施。

| Abstract: | Market economy is a kind of credit economy.Ourcountry is in a great short of credit at present,and the society'ssense of credit should be intensified thus form the society's creditsystem backed by morality,based on property rights and ensuredby the legal system.This paper analyzes the problems of creditshortage and puts forward some measures to establish andimprove the credit law system in our market economy. |
