| Abstract: | In this article, the author puts forward a new concept of cross-culture company, which is quite different from the traditional concept of international human resource management. It discusses the communication from the point of view of cross-culture company and analyzes the factors affecting the communication between cross-companies. The author concludes the articles by giving some suggestions on how to improve the cross-culture communication between companies. |
