摘    要:“大五”人格模型是近年来得到普遍认同的一个模型,它对于人们的职业选择和工作绩效都有重要的指导意义.本文在介绍“大五”人格模型的基础上,着重探讨了“大五”人格的各个纬度对人们职业选择和工作绩效的影响,并探讨了“大五”的各个纬度之间的交互作用.
