| 摘 要： | 公平和效率是现代市场经济的应有之义。公平有社会公平和经济公平，效率有社会效率和经济效率；公平以效率为取向的公平，效率是在公平基础上的效率。二者相互对应，相互统一，相辅相成。保障公平和效率的有机结合，对于社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善，更好地体制社会主义本质的要求，缓解社会不公的压力，保证社会的稳定都有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | In this article, the author discusses on the relationshipbetween justice and efficiencyin socialist market economy system after defining the terms of justices, efficiency and modern economy system and believes that that justice and efficiency are the implied meanings of the modern market economy. Justice is classified into two kinds: social and economicand efficiency groupedinto social and economic efficiency. Efficiency is the destination of justiceand justice is the foundation of efficiency. Thetwo are unified and conformed with each other. The effective combination between justice and efficiency helps to improvethe socialist market economy system, to embody the request of socialist essence, to mitigate the injustice pressure and to keep the social stability. |
