| Abstract: | Based on the study of Google digital library and the summary of open access to the resources,this article points out that as an emerging thing in recent years,the open access policy inevitably has some imperfect factors,and that there are some barriers to open access in aspects of intellectual property rights and so on.The approaches to open access are presented. |
