| 摘 要： | 【目的】 探寻建设国际一流科技期刊的策略和有效办法，为提高中国科技期刊国际影响力提供借鉴。【方法】 以《中国有色金属学报》(中、英文版)建设为例，从办刊特色、学术质量、出版人才队伍、高水平编委会和审稿专家队伍、期刊评价指标、期刊资源集约化建设、创新、国际合作出版、新媒体业务、学术道德规范十个方面进行研究。【结果】 采用上述方法，《中国有色金属学报》(中、英文版)已成为国内材料科学与冶金工程领域的精品科技期刊，在国际材料科学与冶金工程学术界产生了较大影响。【结论】 当前国内期刊可从上述十个方面考虑，大力提升国内科技期刊品牌形象，有目的、有步骤地建设成为国际一流科技期刊。
