| 摘 要： | 中国共产党实现由革命党向执政党转变的实践所经历的曲折过程说明,由革命党实现向执政党的转变将是一个长期过程,不会自然到位.这种长期性是由革命党转变为执政党后,党所处的执政地位对党自身带来的影响和要求;执政地位对党如何保持活力提出新的考验;执政党把握经济和社会管理工作的规律和方法,由外行变为内行;以及执政党地位变化的急速性与领导方式和执政方式变化的渐进性之间的矛盾,对革命党实现向执政党转变形成制约等因素决定的.

| Abstract: | The difficulties,which the CCP has overcome when she changed her role from revolutionary party to governing party,show that the course of change must be a long time and never be accomplished naturally.The causes of such long-term situation mainly include four aspects.First is that the ruling status brings the CCP new influences and requests.Second is that the new experiences how the CCP keeps the governing vitality.Third is that the governing party needs time to master the law of economic and social management.The last is that the contradiction between the rapid process of ruling status change and the gradual process of ruling mode change. |
