| 摘 要： | 自从1815年维也纳会议后，德国一直处于四分五裂状态，直到十九世纪五，六十年代，普鲁士才出现了有利于德国统一的形势，普鲁士宰相俾斯麦在现实政治的原则下，运筹帷幄，通过普丹战争，普法战争，最终完成了德国的统一。

| Abstract: | Since the Vienna Settlement of 1815, Germany had been in disintegration. Till the 1850's and 1860's, favourable situation appeared for Germany integration in Prussia. With the principles of realistic politics, Bismarck, the Prime Minister of Prussia, victoriously led the Prussia-Demnark War, the Prussia - Austria War and the Prussia-France War. At last, he reunited Germany. |
