| 摘 要： | 乒乓接发球技术无论对于具有一定水平的运动员还是初学者来说，都是相当重要的技术动作。为了使各层次乒乓球选手掌握好接发球动作，就接发球的基本姿势，膝、踝关节的蹲屈角度、身体重心移动速度和跟随重心移动等技术动作予以分析，并提出接发球技术训练的建议。
