引航员登离船水域选址模型及算法

摘    要:为保证引航作业安全、周围船舶通航安全,提高港口运营效率,以引航员登离轮水域为研究对象 ,在物流配送中心选址模型的基础上建立引航员登离轮水域多目标选址模型, 以青岛港引航员登离轮水域为案例,通过遗传算法对模型进行求解。优化结果与现有两处登离轮点相吻合,另可增加第三处外海登离轮点,供进入青岛港的超大型船舶进行引航员登离轮作业。

Location model and its algorithm of pilot boarding waters
Abstract:In order to ensure the pilotage safety and ship navigation safety and improve port operation efficiency, the pilot boarding waters is taken as an object of study. Based on the location model of logistics distribution centers, the multi objective location model of pilot boarding waters is put forward. Taking the pilot boarding waters of Qingdao Port for instance, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. In the obtained result, there are 2 boarding waters agreeable with 2 existing boarding waters, and furthermore, the third boarding waters in open waters can be added to serve the pilotage work of the very large ships entering Qingdao Port.
