| 摘 要： | 结合科普研究与实践,深入剖析科普智库建设的现实逻辑,指出专业科普智库缺乏,影响了支撑覆盖广泛的、庞大的现代科技馆体系作用的发挥。鉴于科普具有非常明显的跨领域、跨学科的特征以及决策影响的广泛性,提出了科普智库的定位和内涵等基本要素。根据科学普及与科技创新同等重要的要求,分析了科普智库建设的人才、内容生产和考核评价三个关键要素,提出要加强对科普智库建设相关理论和实践问题的研究和思考,科普智库需针对我国科普事业发展和科普产业需求的全局性问题、重大问题等开展前瞻性、长期稳定性研究,推动我国科普事业高质量发展。

| Abstract: | Combined with research and practice on popularization of science, the realistic logic of the construction of think tank for popularization of science was deeply analyzed, Because of the lack of professional think tank for popularization of science, it affected the function of the extensive and huge modern science and technology museum system. In view of the cross-field and cross-discipline characteristics of science popularization and the extensive influence of decision making, the basic elements of the orientation and connotation of think tank for popularization of science were put forward. According to the requirement that the science popularization and science and technology innovation are equally important,the human resource, the products and the evaluation of think tank for popularization of science were analyzed. The paper put forward that the research and thinking on the theoretical and practical problems related to the think tank for popularization of science should be accelerated. Think tank for popularization of science should carry out forward-looking, long-term and stable research on the overall problems and major problems of the development of science popularization and the demand of science popularization industry in China, so as to promote the high-quality development of science popularization in China. |
