| 摘 要： | 水平骶椎病作为一种临床上常见的腰痛病,长期以来由于各种原因,一直未引起医学界对此类病的足够重视,不但如此,往往还被误诊为椎间盘突出症,无形中给本病的治疗带来了极大的困难。笔者在多年的实践中总结了一些有益的经验,并通过对其病因、诊断和体育疗法进行分析与探索,力求对水平骶椎病有一个新的认识,以及拓展体育疗法在运动系统疾病中的运用,并提供临床经验。

| Abstract: | Illness of horizontal sacral vertebrae often causes lumbago, but it is not regarded by medical field, It is often misdiagnosed to protrusion of intervertebral disc, which bring about the difficulty in treating the illness of horizontal sacral vertebrae. In order to develop the physical therapy in motor system disease, provide some good clinical experience, and get a new realization about illness of horizontal sacral vertebrae, the cause, diagnosis and physical therapy of it were analyzed and discussed in the article. |
