| 摘 要： | 专利是企业的重要战略性资源,专利运营绩效反映了企业对核心知识产权的管理能力.基于专利价值的模糊性和不确定性,将AHP和FUZZY方法与平衡记分卡相结合,构建出一套专利运营绩效综合评价系统,并利用模拟举例展示了该评价系统的具体操作流程.
