| 摘 要： | 全球化是由于社会生产力不断发展的一种必然趋势,随着社会生产力的不断发展,全球化已经深入到地球的每一个角落.中国进入全球化是一个被动的过程,深受拥有先进科学技术的发达资本主义国家的欺凌.要在全球化的进程中占据一席之地,我们必须实施科教兴国战略.随着现在全球性环境问题日益突出,全球的共识就是走可持续发展道路,我们必须将实施科教兴国战略与走可持续发展道路紧密结合起来.
