| 摘 要： | 高职院校科研成果转化率低的原因有很多,但科研成果的后程管理不到位也是主要原因之一.从科研成果管理全过程的视角,分析科研成果后程管理的缺失现象,提出科研培训服务、搭建科研成果信息发布平台、完善校企合作研究运行机制、发挥二级研究所的作用、改革科研成果奖励机制等方面的对策.
