| 摘 要： | 通过研究分析广西高层次创新型科技人才的政策现状,发现人才政策中存在的政策覆盖面较窄、较为保守、操作性不强、人才激励、培养、选拔和流动政策等问题,提出树立人才优先发展新理念,调整和创新高层次创新型科技人才政策、加大政策倾斜力度等措施,优化广西高层次创新型科技人才政策环境.
