| 摘 要： | 孵化器是中小企业创业的平台,在孵企业孵化成功与否对于地区经济与企业创新发展具有重要的意义,然而与其他中小企业一样,中小企业孵化面临着金融缺口.在分析中小企业孵化的特点以及金融缺口的基础上,构建以孵化器为平台,政府政策与法律制度为服务保障,银行融资、资本市场、非正规融资与其他金融为多渠道资金供给,多极信用为担保的金融支撑与推进体系,以期对解决中小企业孵化金融缺口问题提供参考借鉴.
