| 摘 要： | 农业龙头企业作为连接知识创新和产业创新的载体,在农业科技创新中具有重要的带动作用.政府、农业院校和社会各自拥有独特的创新资源:政府能有效弥补在技术创新方面市场失灵的部分,高校拥有高等教育人才和科学知识这两种最具价值资源,社会能提供文化和制度创新氛围和土壤,政府、农业院校、社会都能成为创新的重要推动者.在资源互补前提下,政府、企业、高校、社会多元联合互动的科技创新体系的建构成为必然.农业龙头企业将成为农业科技创新体系的核心.
