| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术不断的发展,科技的全球化趋势日益明显,引发了世界范围内政治、经济和产业格局的深层次变革.科技对经济和社会发展的关键性支撑作用日益显著,科技资源在全球范围内重新调整和配置的步伐进一步加快,加强国际科技合作与交流,是抓住新科技革命带来的机遇,消化吸收世界科技进步成果,提升国家自主创新能力和国际竞争力的重要途径.对国内外对外科技合作总体态势进行了阐述,结合湖北省地区具体情况,总结其"十一五"期间在对外科技合作工作中取得的一系列成绩,分析了湖北省在新的五年计划到来之际所面临的机遇与挑战,并提出了促进湖北省国际科技合作发展的建议性意见.
