| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于主体的IT项目组合决策模型(IT Portfolio Management Model based Decision Agent,ITPMM-DA),将决策主体作为IT项目组合决策过程中的核心单元,决策主体在项目目标和约束条件下,通过行为推理为IT项目组合提供有效的决策支持.详细描述了模型的7个决策步骤,并对模型的决策过程进行了设计,为实现企业IT项目收益最大化提供了有效的支持工具.

| Abstract: | The paper presented an IT project portfolio decision model based on agent technology(ITPMM-DA),and defined the decision agents as the core unit in the IT portfolio decision-making process.According to the IT project goals and constraints,decision agents provided effective decision support through reasoning on behaviors.This article described 7 decision-making steps in detail,and designed the decision-making process of the model to maximize the return on enterprise's IT projects. |
