| 摘 要： | 当前欠发达地区农村中小学老师队伍现状不容乐观,农村教师结构性矛盾突出,工作环境极为艰苦,骨干教师流失严重,制约了农村教育事业的长远发展。文章分析了欠发达地区农村中小学老师队伍不稳定的主要原因,并提出政策要向农村教师倾斜、要建立农村教师培训长效机制、优化整合城乡教育资源、改善农村办学条件,大力加强师德教育,建设一支业务精湛、师德优良的农村教师队伍。

| Abstract: | Currently the status of the contingent of teachers of primary and secondary schools in underdeveloped rural areas is not optimistic.The outstanding structural contradiction of the contingent of rural teachers,the extremely difficult working environment,and a serious loss of backbone teachers constrain the long-term development of the cause of rural education.In this article,it analyses the main reason for the unstable contingent of primary and secondary school teachers in underdeveloped rural areas,and make policy to tilt to rural teachers,establish long-term mechanism for rural teachers training,optimize and integrate urban and rural educational resources,improve rural school conditions,vigorously strengthen the morality education,to build a rural teachers contingent with surperb teaching ability and good morality. |
