| 摘 要： | 华北农业合作事业委员会为20世纪30年代中期冀察两省主要官方合作指导机构。自1934年至1937年抗战开始之前,该会在农赈救济基础上,开展合作指导及农贷工作,具体包括指导互助合作组织、举办合作教育、协助植棉、发放农业贷款等,为华北地区合作事业发展,恢复农村经济起到重要推动作用。但由于其过于追求速度,忽视工作规范性,导致贷款质量低下,各项工作难以持续发展。此亦为当前农业合作事业发展必须要汲取的沉痛教训。
