社区教育均衡发展与和谐社会构建的辩证思考

摘    要:构建和谐社会是当前社会发展和建设的重要主题。加强政治、经济、教育、文化等领域的和谐环境和制度建设,努力营造和谐融洽的社会氛围,是走向和谐社会的重要途径。推动社区教育的均衡发展,以此为契机实现城乡社会和谐共进、公民素质共同提升,无疑能加快社会主义和谐社会建设进程。同时和谐社会构建对社区教育均衡发展具有积极的影响,两者之间体现的是作用力和反作用力的关系,并在这种作用中实现了共同进步。

Abstract:Establishing harmonious society is an important issue of the current social development and construction.Strengthening the environmentand system construction in political,economic,educational and cultural areas,and creating a congenial social atmosphereare importantmeansofestablishing harmonious society.Promoting balancedcommunity educationdevelopment and achieving social harmony between urban and rural communities,and upgrading citizen quality can speed up the socialistic harmonious social development process.In the meantime,building a harmonious society has positive effects on balanced community education development.These two reflect an action-reaction force relationship,by which both sides achieve a common progress.
