| Abstract: | With the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,the personnel's quantity condition,the educational background construction,budget source,economic entity's establishment and management relation were compared and analyzed between provincial and national athletics associations in order to find out the differences and similarities. |
