| 摘 要： | 《社会契约论》内在思想上的矛盾使其从面世那天起,就充满着争议。通过探讨卢梭的《社会契约论》中公意的含义,提出公意概念的目的、公意与其他意志的关系以及公意的特征和公意的评判原则等问题,从而进一步了解卢梭公意思想的内容、自身的局限性和历史意义。

| Abstract: | Since "The Social Contract" was published, there are dispute about the contradiction of the ideas in the book. By discussing the meaning of the concept of "great will", the writer proposed the purpose of "great will", the relation with other wills, features and critical principles, to make further understanding of Rousseau's ideas about "great will" with clear awareness of the contradiction of this idea and its historical significance. |
