| 摘 要： | 土地征用政策是我国土地政策的重要构成，而目前我国土地征用存在的诸多问题已经对我国经济和社会发展造成了一定的影响。本尝试用政策学的研究方法，对我国现行土地征用政策进行本分析和执行分析，分析和揭示了土地征用问题存在的政策性原因。针对我国土地征用政策存在的缺陷，借鉴国内外成功的经验，提出一些政策性建议。

On the Currant Land Expropriate Policy in China |

| Abstract: | The land expropriate policy is important in composing of the land policy in our courtry. But nowadays there are many problems in the land expropriate process which have had a bad effect on economy and society development in our country.This paper tries to make a text analysis and an implement analysis about the land expropriate policy in using of the research method of Policy.It discusses the cause of the problems in the land expropriate process on the point of Policy.Finally,it makes some suggestions to the problem consulting the experience home and abroad. |
