| 摘 要： | 伴随经济高速增长,中国石油需求量正逐年增加,但大庆油田进入开采末期,进口石油主要来源地中东地区局势动荡难定,进口石油运输线存在“马六甲之痛”,中国石油安全面临挑战。因此,加强新疆、西藏等石油资源的勘探开发,加强与中亚里海地区国家石油能源合作,修建中哈管道、中缅管道、中巴管道等,提升新疆等西部省区在中国石油能源格局中战略地位已成为重要选择。

| Abstract: | With the speedy development of economics,the demand of oil in China is increasing every year.However,the exploitation of Daqing oil field has gone to its last period.The main source area of oil importing of China,the Middle East is in the unstable situation,which determines the dilemma of Melaka in the transportation of oil importing.There exist great potential disadvantages in Chinese oil security.Therefore,it has been an important choice to enhance the explore and exploitation of oil resources in Xinjiang and Tibet,reinforce the collaboration in energy with countries of middle Asia and the Caspian Sea,build the oil pipelines between China and Kazakstan,China and Burma,China and Pakistan,and improve the strategic status of western provinces such as Xinjiang in Chinese oil energy structure. |
