| Abstract: | During social transformation period,the standard of educational service quality is a key element to judge the sustainable development of tertiary institutions. This article,from the perspective of the intension of tertiary education service quality in the social transformation period,analyzes the defects of tertiary education service quality safeguard system,summarizes the major plan of overseas tertiary education service quality safeguard system,and probes into the key strategy of shaping tertiary education service quality safeguard system. |
