| 摘 要： | 依托骨干职业学校、骨干专业(学科)的骨干教师，建立健全职业学校教学研究中心，是搞好职业教育教学研究、教学管理和教学服务工作，提高教育教学质量的重要举措。教研中心在开展工作过程中面临着组成教研中心的校际之间的差异、各教研中心之间的差异、教研中心内部兼职教研员容易变动和平时交流困难等问题。因此，省、市教研机构和各职业学校应大力支持教研中心成员开展工作，教研中心也应加强自身建设。

| Abstract: | Building the research centers of education on the main schools and the key teachers are an important measure to promote the quality of vocational education. Then the centers face the differences between schools and centers, face the problems such as research members'easy changing and information exchange difficulty. So, the centers should strengthen their own construction under the support from vocational schools and other research centers of education. |
