| 摘 要： | 从就业教育走向创业教育，培养大批具有创新精神和创业能力的高素质人才，是推进我国高等教育现代化和国际化的必然趋势，也是解决大学毕业生巨大就业压力的根本性战略举措。创业者应当具备什么样的优秀品质以及高等院校如何培养大学生的创业品质，已成为当前我国高等院校令人关注的热点话题。

| Abstract: | Shifting the present employment-oriented education to venture-oriented education and cultivate high quality talents with innovative spirit and venturing ability is an inexorable trend in promoting the modernization and internationalization of China's higher education,and also an essential strategic measure to reduce the employment pressure on the college grads.Issues such as what kind of quality a venture pioneer should possess and what colleges should do to cultivate the venture pioneering spirit of the students become a major concern in institutions of higher learning today. |
