摘    要:目的]探讨运动训练专业的学生在经过80min的有氧运动后再做力竭性运动的血乳酸水平,并以此判断长时间有氧运动后糖酵解供能能力的降低程度.方法]使用日本京都LT-1710型血乳酸仪和GT-1640型血糖测定仪对20名运动训练专业1年级的男大学生进行80min有氧步行实验,测得实验前后相关实验数据进行分析.结果]运动训练专业20名男大学生有氧运动持续到第30min显示,以相对耗氧量为29~31mL/min-1·kg-1的强度运动时,HR、VO2(绝对值)和血乳酸的平均值分别为147次、2.07(L)和3.03mmol/L.80min有氧运动结束再做力竭运动,测得运动后第3min的血乳酸浓度为8.25mmol/L,血糖浓度为4.67mmol/L.结论]力竭运动后的血乳酸浓度与短时间剧烈运动后的血乳酸相比浓度减少一半左右,乳酸系统的供能能力在经历80min的有氧运动后减少一半左右.

Abstract:Objective] To find the changing of blood glucocard and blood lactate acide to the exhausted movement after the long terms aerobic exercise.To decide the dropping lever which energy′supply abilities of glycometabolism after the long terms aerobic exercise.Methods] During 80 min aerobic walking exercise has been done by 20 male college students respectively to use Lactate Pro~(TM )Test Meter and Super Glucocard~(TM) II~( )Test Meter .Results] The intensity of movement controlled within 29~31ml/min·kg~(-1)of Relative Oxygen Uptake value, the average value of HR,VO2, blood glucose and blood lactate acid are 147、2.07(L)、3.03mmol/L and 4.07 mmol/L separately. During the following 3 minutes the value of blood glucocard that exhausting movement was 4.67 mmol/L and blood lactate acid was 8.25 mmol/L during 80 minutes aerobic walking exercise has been done .Couclusion] The value of blood lactate acid reduced half than before, energy'supply abilities of the blood lactate acid dropped half after 80-minute aerobic exercise.
