| 摘 要： | 通过观看现场比赛和比赛录像，结合健美操竞赛规则的学习研究，对2002年全国健美操锦标赛参赛队、比赛动作及成绩等资料的对比分析，了解我国健美操运动的发展状况，存在的主要问题，提出要赶超世界先进水平必须注重成套创编的艺术性、讲求动作完成的高质量、高规格及难度选择的全面均衡性。为此，必须提高裁判员、教练员的专业水平；重视运动员的选材；狠抓基本功训练；建立社会化的经济保障体制。

| Abstract: | We saw the game and the kinescope, studied the aerobics rule, contrasted and analyzed teams, movements, scores etc., in the 2002 national aerobics championships.We want to find out the aerobics condition and the main problem in our country, bring forward the view that if we want to catch up with the advanced level in the world. We must pay attention to the art, the high quantity completing, the difficulty choose of the whole set. For this, we must increase the profession level of the coach and the judger, pay attention to the choosing athlete, to grasp the basic training, to establish the ensure system economy. |
