摘    要:针对混合式步进电机高速反电动势大及恒流驱动控制技术在宽调速范围的电流跟踪控制不确定性问题,结合混合续流模式设计了酬机制,分析了两种常用的电流检测方案,并提出了一种基于模糊工程的模糊电流给定,模糊控制器最大输出占空比给定的PI控制方法。利用大电感电机进行了实验,实验结果表明:该方法能提高电机的运行速度,并在宽电压、宽调速范围均具有很好的电流跟踪控制效果,具备转速转矩的确定关系。

Abstract:For the hybird stepper control problems of high back electromotive force at high speed and the uncertainty of current tracking control error in wide speed range of constant current drive control technique, PWM mechanism based on hyhird decay mode is designed, and two common current detection methods are analyzed. Furthermore, a PI control method of fuzzy current reference and fuzzy max output duty of controller is proposed based on fuzzy engineering. Large induction motor experiment results show that the method can improve the motor speed. The experiment results also show good current tracking performance in wide voltage range and wide speed range, with determined relationship between speed and torque.
