高职高专院校“双师素质”教师队伍建设研究

摘    要:当前,我国的职业教育正处于快速发展时期,师资的重要性不言而喻。高职院校已将"双师素质"教师队伍纳入核心竞争力建设内容之一,但在具体培养上,尚未形成国家统一的标准和体系,各高校的衡量标准参差不齐,"双师素质"教师队伍质量也呈现差距较大的局面。通过分析当前高职院校"双师素质"教师培养过程中存在的问题,并结合国外同类院校的先进经验,探索高职院校"双师素质"教师队伍建设的有效途径。

Abstract:It is important for us to construct faculty with bi-professional quality during fast development period for vocational institute.Vocational institutes have made bi-professional quality as one of the core competitive settings,but as for real cultivation,there is no unified standard and system.There are various evaluation standards and large gap between faculties with bi-professional quality in different school.By analysis of problems in this field and combination with advanced experience of foreign country,the paper discusses effective method to construct faculty with bi-professional quality.
