| 摘 要： | 改进高等学校人才培养模式一直是国内外教育专家所关注的问题,各高校都在进行积极探索与尝试,但对经济类专业人才培养模式的创新还不够,培养模式还不完善。高等学校应以经济社会发展对经济类人才培养的新要求为导向,以培养综合性、复合型、个性化的应用型人才为目标,以课程体系设置为出发点,构建一个经济类专业本科"T型"人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | How to improve the talents training model in colleges and universities has always been a hot issue to the education experts at home and abroad.Although many colleges and universities have been carrying out exploration and experiments actively,the reform and innovation to talents training model of undergraduates of economics is not enough and there is still room for improvement.To fulfill the new requirements to talents of economics training in the development of economy and society and to foster comprehensive,complex,personalized and applicational talents,the paper sets up a"T-type" talents training model of undergraduates of economics in colleges and universities and designs its implementation plan systematically based on the construction of curriculum system. |
